How long does it take for me to receive the package?

If you placed your order by 11. hours, you will receive the package on the next working day. This applies to all products from our own stock.

Which delivery service do you use?

Products from stock are shipped by express post GLS. Some products are occasionally sent by Post Slovenija or DPD.

Do I get a delivery notification?

You will receive delivery information via SMS.

What if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

You can change the place and time of delivery at will on the day of delivery.

Can I also pick up the package in person?

Yes. With prior notice, we also offer the possibility of personal collection (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.).

What are the shipping costs?

Orders in Slovenia over €50 will be delivered free of charge.

Do you also ship products abroad?

How can I pay?

In our online store, you can pay with Visa and Mastercard cards, bank transfer, UPN order or by pre-invoice payment. We also allow payment via PayPal account.

Can I pay by card upon delivery?

Yes. You can pay the courier by cash or card. At the end of the purchase, choose the payment method “after delivery”.

Can I pay for the product in installments?

Payment in installments is possible for larger purchases. The amount can be divided into three or more installments (by agreement).

All our products have a 1 to 4 year warranty.

Yes, we offer a fast and professional product for all our products. We keep spare parts in stock. During the repair, we offer you a replacement product (even after the warranty period has expired).
